We had a problem with squirrels in our loft. Chris came out quickly, made a plan of action, and was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and reassuring. I would use Pest Stop Boys again for any relevant problems.

I thought I may have rats in garden. Darren reassured me there was no evidence that he could see once he’d checked the area. He left a trap and on second visit showed me that no bait had been taken, and again reassured me. Really nice bloke, arrived when he said. Very pleased with whole company from the initial helpful and friendly phone call and communication with Jacinta. Would recommend no hesitation.

On the day of our daughter's first birthday we found a wasps nest in the garden right by where we had a bouncy castle booked. Chris came out immediately and treated the area making it safe for the kids. Thank you so much for coming so quickly and being so supportive.

Chris and Johnsy reacted very quickly to our request for help with a rat(s) that was in our walls and in the loft of our bungalow. They were friendly and knowledgeable and swiftly dealt with the problem by laying appropriate bait and installing a one way rat valve. They also came back to check situation a couple of times. Problem was resolved within a week. Would definitely recommend.

We had signs of a rat in our basement W/C ... Pest Stop Boys came round within an hour of our call, diagnosed the problem and entry point (via the sewer, and chewed out through the toilet waste flexipipe), and baited with rodenticide. They returned a week later, re-baited, and fitted a rat-valve in the sewer. Darren, Jacinta and Chris were all lovely to deal with, and have absolutely solved our problem. Would 100% recommend.
