Pest Response were very quick to reply to our request. The problem of a rat/s which had managed to gain entry to our property was dealt with effectively and professionally with 4 consecutive weekly visits. Lee who dealt with the issue was reassuring giving us a clear idea of what to expect with the treatment. Pest Response were quick to respond to our request to resolve a problem with a rodent/s which had gained entry to ceilings and walls of several of our rooms. The last of four visits by Lee was completed a few days a go and the problem has been fully resolved. Although having rats in our property was disconcerting it was re-assuring to have explanations of the typical rat behaviour and what to expect from the treatment.
