Lee responded quickly and visited to sort out our problem, thankfully in a plain van so no pest problem advertised to all your neighbours! He was very thorough, friendly and I felt confident that he had sorted the problem for us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Lee was very professional throughout, but also friendly and chatty, walking me through his recommendations but also presenting different options when necessary. It only took 3 visits for my problem to be solved but Lee provides the peace of mind and security that he’ll revisit until the job is complete. Upon visiting my property we found that there were potentially rats coming in through the sewer. Despite not being a pleasant location, and a tight and confined space, Lee was happy to get in there to examine further and fit a rat flap if necessary. Would highly recommend Lee to anyone.

After 2 weeks of trying unsuccessfully to deal with what I thought was a mouse in my loft, I contacted Pest Response. They arrived quickly, and Lee was very understanding of how unsettling it is to have rodents at home. From the first visit, he identified the issue as likely rats, laid poison, inspected the house for entry points, and provided prevention advice. By the third visit, rat activity had significantly decreased, and it seemed there was only one. By the fourth, all activity had stopped.
