Job location: UB10Made contact with Ted and he came round the same day. Very polite and quickly figured out the issue with the rats in our garden. Job location: WD3Pest Rescue were the 3rd pest control company that we contacted for our rat issue. Previous pest control companies would do things without checking/explaining or that I wasn't that comfortable with as I had concerns around various approaches and small children in the house. Ted always wanted me to feel comfortable with an approach forward, was professional and proactive around health & safety and made me feel at ease that whatever was being done was considering our family living in the house as well. Ted was a pleasure to deal with. Rat issue sorted as well. Highly recommended.10 Excellent service
