Second time Ted has come to the rescue - for different problems in different areas of the house. Both times he has provided a cracking service. Squirrel had taken up residence in the roof space of a downstairs extension in an area with no access. Ted have me sound advice on how to realistically (ie without taking roof tiles off!) deal with this over the coming days, left me with some wire mesh to fill the entry gap and to cap it all, wouldn't take any money from me. Highly recommended.

Ted was really friendly and helpful, he checked around the house and also in the loft. He assured me there is no mice in the property and l shouldnt be worried. He didnt want to charge us for the visit, which is very kind of him. If l ever have a mice problem l will get in contact with Ted again. Thank you sir! 🌹

We had an issue with some ants, we called Ted, and he immediately came to our rescue, offering advice and support. Ted is extremely personable, reliable, punctual and knowledgeable when it comes to his line of work. We have used Ted previously, and he was brilliant then, kept in touch, kept dropping in for updates and we would never go anywhere else now. Thank you Pest Rescue!

Had a problem with mice and called Pest Rescue, Ted responded quickly and came round to inspect.We agreed a course of action and Ted laid bait. Ted stayed in touch and came back after 2 weeks to inspect again and laid more bait upstairs as they were now coming out in one of the bedrooms. Placing bait down the hole they were coming out of did the trick and no further evidence of them has been seen. He also placed mesh over the airbricks outside to prevent further problems. Would definitely recommend Pest Rescue, Ted knows what he’s doing and his charges are more than reasonable.

I was very impressed with the service provided, Ted was very professional and the removal of the dead fox was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company.

Super quick response time, visited on the same day and advised on the best solution to solve the problem, it turned out not to be a pest control issue so didn’t even charge for the call out which is unheard of! Thank you Ted!
