I contacted ted at pest rescue as we found a wasps nest in the loft. He was round in a matter of days (offered to come sooner but as it’s so cold we were not worried about the wasps). Ted came in and checked out the nests, realised they were old , explained my options, told me how to deal with it myself and didn’t charge me a penny! A genuinely lovely person too, even took his shoes off and carried them around until we went up to the loft! Totally recommend and will use again if we need to. Thank you so much.

I'm so impressed with pest rescue. We had a rat issue, I called them up and he was here within 20 minutes. 20 minutes! Efficiently and cleanly caught the rat and left the area as if he was never there, then walked around and helped me find all the areas of entry and concern and what to do about it. Reasonably priced and fantastic service. A pest in your house is not fun and I'm so glad Pest Rescue came and sorted it out.

Ted attended my house to check for vernin and I have to say I was amazed with how good the service was from answering messages straight away, really helpful and understanding of the stressful situation and was a absolute pleasure to deal with. I spoke to Ted on the Friday and he came over on Saturday morning to deal with a wasps nest at the back of our house. Ted was very knowledgeable and treated the nest quickly. The nest is now gone so we’re very happy.
