  Rats in the loft...

  Tom did an excellent job sorting out a rat problem – we and our neighbours had rats nesting in our lofts, and they could be heard gnawing and scrambling through our walls. Tom identified the route the rats were using to get into the houses, dealt with the problem of the rats which were already nesting in the lofts, and implemented proofing measures to ensure no more rats could gain entry to our properties. Tom was professional, knowledgeable and all communications were excellent. We are all very thankful that the problem has been resolved and are very happy to recommend Tom.

  Wasp nest removal from chimney

  Great service and very efficient handling of the problem

  Highly recommended by a neighbour, I messaged Tom, received a reply almost immediately. I explained the issue of “noises” in my loft and he came over straight away and resolved the issue; little sparrows had crept in!! He checked out the whole loft area . Excellent service and very professional to boot.

  Tom was phenomenal. Communication was excellent. Showed up when he said he would. And most importantly, got rid of the rat infestation we had in our walls! Turns out it’s v tricky getting rid of rats, but Tom knew exactly what to do. We had previously tried another company with no success so I was particularly grateful when Tom was able to fix the problem. Thanks Tom. We are so grateful.

  Removal of squirrels in the attic

  Tom did a superb job in getting rid of squirrels in my attic and identifying and fixing the entry point. I had been plagued for months with this issue, and he succeeded where another, much bigger and much more expensive company had failed. Other traders I had contacted remained utterly unreliable or unresponsive. Tom was 100% reliable, professional, courteous and with excellent communication. I am very pleased with the work he did and the way he interacted with me, and I would wholeheartedly recommend his services.
