I called Tim and we arranged for him to come round, he came on that day. Checked everywhere that he could, put poison down and discussed what we should do going forward. He came back again to check if the poison was working and to fit something to prevent further invaders. Came back again and as of now all seems quiet on the western front. Tom is very professional and efficient. The first appointment was in a couple of days of making contact. Within 5 mins of arriving Tom caught the rat in our loft. He surveyed the property and gave advice on how to prevent more rats arriving. We carried out the changes required. Over the two follow up visit there was no detection of anymore rats.
