The trader turned up as expected and inspected the problem I had of a Starling Bird nest in my roof and gave an acceptable quote for the work. This was agreed and the job was done straight away. All access to the roof area now blocked up after first spraying in the nest to kill any mites from the birds. A really nice and helpful guy, many thanks..

Tom was reliable, he came round promptly and sprayed the nest. He said he would come back if the wasps persisted which they did, and he promptly came round again, sprayed the nest again and got rid of the problem. We would definitely contact him again.

We cannot recommend Tom enough given the superb job he has done for us. He responded quickly, and went well beyond the original brief, in order to help us avoid a return of some unwanted visitors that had been causing lots of expensive damage to our garden and lighting.

Tom was very quick to call, after I requested a quote on Check-a-Trade - even on Bank Holiday Monday! He was clear about the best approach to managing the call-out & treatment options. We agreed on the appointment day/time - he was on time and ready to begin work. The treatment of the nest was effective and we haven't seen a wasp since :-)
