Darren from Pestkill has been brilliant throughout. He was friendly, informative, and completely professional from the first visit. He took the time to point out possible entry points for the rats, checked and refreshed the bait boxes, and inspected the loft to make sure nothing was missed. The final visit was carried out today and the activity has reduced significantly. Fingers crossed the issue is now resolved, but Darren made it clear we can call if anything else crops up, which is really reassuring.
