Darren and the office team were fantastic. They picked the phone first, were fast to quote and even faster (same day) to send the technician. Darren covered all areas and explained to me the best way moving forward. He even went the extra mile covering some small holes to avoid the rats coming in. 5 stars!

We contacted Pestkill as we had a squirrel coming into our loft. They provided a very competitive quote and clearly explained that their initial fee covered up to three visits. The pest controller they sent out, Darren, was very personable, knowledgeable and reassuring. In the end, the squirrel was caught in the second week of the traps being placed; traps were then left until after the gaps in the roof structure were closed off (Darren recommended a local roofer who was able to fit us in at relatively short notice). From start to finish, it took approx 7 weeks (including roof being fixed).

Darren has been amazing, giving us an extra visit where the traps were still active! Clearly dedicated to his job and so friendly during a concerning rat issue!

Darren came to our home yesterday. He explained everything to us in detail. He answered all our questions. He was very helpful and friendly. He then did a very thorough job of spraying our whole house and roof. He will be returning to do another spray in a two weeks time. We have complete confidence in him. We were happy with him being alone in our home for an hour or so. We trusted him completely.
