  Poor customer service and communication. Expensive.

  I engaged Pestforce to visit a tenanted 1-bed flat which had limited evidence of mice but on the request of a new tenant. After the 1st visit, we agreed the action for the 2nd visit and that it would all be covered in the agreed fee, which was paid immediately. The agreed services were not completed on the second visit and no one will return my calls to discuss why and next steps - they only text. Over the same period, we've had another firm out to a 5 bedroom terrace house and they are the the same price as Pestforce for 3 visits vs. 2. Really disappointing as its made the situation worse.

  We had a rat problem and Bob came round immediately, was very reassuring, very skilled at working out the problem and very diligent in following it up. I cannot praise his service highly enough.

  Bob is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He has solved mice and bed bug issues quickly and effectively, turns up promptly and is very professional. I would highly recommend- 10 stars!

  Rob was fantastic - he arrived to check out the problem on the same day, explained the treatment process really well, and made a second visit as promised to update. Highly recommended service. Thanks Rob!

  Rat in the flat

  Bob was very knowledgeable and reassuring. We had rats(!) in the flat and he was immediately able to identify that it was rats (rather than mice) from the droppings and was able to estimate how many. He put an effective treatment plan in place and kept in touch regularly and always answered any question. Bob also put in preventative measures to stop any more rats coming in. Very grateful!!
