Bob for a mouse problem, but got so much more than just pest control he was incredibly knowledgeable, charismatic, and genuinely helpful. Not only did he deal with the issue thoroughly, but he also shared tons of useful facts about other household pests like carpet beetles and ladybugs. Super friendly, funny, and actually a pleasure to see at 9am (which is rare!). Would 100% recommend thanks Bob!

Bob who attended the issue did his best to get rid of the squirrels in the loft. He kept me updated how he would address the issue. Found the entry point in the loft and closed it. very happy with his service. It was three weeks treatment process and he did a good job.
