The contractor was very nice, great with communication and understanding

Bob helped us get rid of mice under our floorboards. Methodical and reliable. It took a couple of visits to identify potential entry points which Bob wired shut. On time and flexible. Would definitely recommend.

I called Bob about a wasps' nest that had appeared in our building. He replied very quickly and was able to come round on a Sunday morning at short notice. He was careful in inspecting the issue and identified that a bees nest had become established nearby and may have been taking over the wasps nest. He considered options and was helpful in discussing the issue with myself and our neighbours, and then arranged for a local beekeeper to collect the bees and move them to a safe hive. Overall I was very impressed and happy to have Bob's expertise - I would thoroughly recommend to others. Thanks!

We had a limited problem with mice in our house and called Bob. He came to see us on the same day and checked for possible points of entry. He found where the mice were getting in and worked out a plan to stop them. After three visits it seems like the problem has been solved. Bob is friendly, prompt and very good at communicating. I would thoroughly recommend using him if you have unwanted pests.
