Alex has just carried out a fumigation in our loft and was fantastic. I organised it with him but was away when he came; he was totally respectful of the house, explained to my wife exactly what was happening and told her what was found and discussed the treatment. Absolutely fantastic and couldn’t ask for more superb experience. He was also great with our dog - so get’s his vote too. Job location: SP5I had a persistent mole problem that was causing real damage, and Alex did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The issue was dealt with efficiently and effectively. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was explained in a straightforward, reassuring way. Dry professional in all aspects of work and customer interaction. Arrived punctually and easy to engage with. Knowledgable and thorough in tackling the issue. Full results still to be seen, but a week on, there is no sign of our unwelcome intruder/s.
