Alex is a gem. He is punctual, tidy, efficient and cheerful. He thinks about solving a problem and is logical in his work. I would definitely use him again and have no reservations about recommending him to you.

Alex has just carried out a fumigation in our loft and was fantastic. I organised it with him but was away when he came; he was totally respectful of the house, explained to my wife exactly what was happening and told her what was found and discussed the treatment. Absolutely fantastic and couldn’t ask for more superb experience. He was also great with our dog - so get’s his vote too. Thank you Alex, great service.

I had a persistent mole problem that was causing real damage, and Alex did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The issue was dealt with efficiently and effectively. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was explained in a straightforward, reassuring way. Dry professional in all aspects of work and customer interaction. Arrived punctually and easy to engage with. Knowledgable and thorough in tackling the issue. We had a wasp problem. Alex was able to come round, diagnose the problem and treat it quickly in a friendly and professional manner.

Alex came out for an initial investigation into some droppings in the attic (turned out to be bats ), however he supported us in getting rid of rat sightings we had at the end of the garden. Much appreciated for the help and highly recommend
