Came promptly after my phone call. Had several visiting rats in the loft space! All dealt with with poison and traps in the loft space. Several possible points of entry were found and poison put down etc.

Alex has just left having done an effective and thorough job of getting rid of our rat problem - and proofed the space to help to prevent reoccurrence. He knows his stuff and just got on with the job. He came across as a thoroughly decent bloke and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a rodent or insect pest problem.

An initial consultation was quickly arranged after my first phone call. Alex visited to make an assessment, and gave a lot of information. I felt confident about the problem and how it was going to be eradicated. A date for treatment was made that day, followed by confirmation almost immediately. Alex arrived and answered any last minute concerns I had, and when the treatment was completed he gave me more information regarding no hoovering for four week and how to check if they had returned. I may need more than one treatment

Alex was professional and delivered exactly what he promised. All round good job!

Alex was excellent, attended quickly, solved the problem and sent really helpful reports. Great communication too. I would definitely recommend him.
