  Tomasz came to spray for moths in a property we own today. His work was excellent. He communicated well re timing, explained fully the treatment and post treatment requirements, was very tidy when working, courteous and a pleasure to do business with .

  Sean sorted out a pidgeon problem for me. The pidgeons were sitting on my satellite dish and pipe and made a lot of mess and were very noisy. Sean used spikes and a mesh and thoroughly cleaned and sanitised the area. I'm really happy with the work. He was polite, courteous and professional. He also explained what he was doing before and after the job. I highly recommend him and would happily use his services again.

  Honesty and genuine care

  After calling several companies about an ant infestation in my kitchen and being quoted between £200 and £450, I spoke to Alison at Pest Control. She took the time to listen to what had been happening over the past few months and what I'd already tried, then honestly reassured me that I'd done the right things and the problem was probably already resolved. She could easily have charged me for a call-out, but instead she put honesty before profit, which I really appreciated. It was so refreshing to speak to someone so genuine. I will definitely call Alison next year if the ant return.
