Tomasz attended our property and quickly located the wasp nest from inside the house so was able to spray into it directly rather than accessing it from outside where we could see the wasps in the roof. Very grateful for his expertise and efficiency, and glad to know who we should call if we ever have issues again. Alison was great with communication as well. Many thanks.

Very good service from Pestforce West London and in particular from Tomasz. He arrived on time and was diligent, thorough and patiently answered our questions. He used camera equipment to check all areas behind our kitchen cabinets to ensure that there was only likely point of entry for the mice in the kitchen. He was also rigorous in pulling out and searching behind all appliances that were blocking his view. No stone left unturned. He sealed the hole with wire mesh and gave us very good advice in general. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a first visit to get rid of a wasp nest and although the wasp activity died down we were still finding them in the house. Alison was great at squeezing us in and Tomasz then attended. He was very calm, patient and thorough. He found the nest which was 1m in size in a cubby hole in our loft! He treated the nest successfully and I’m very thankful. I would highly recommend

My family contacted Pestforce on my behalf-i needed support with an outbreak of bedbugs at home-anyone who has experienced this will know how distressing they are+how they have to be dealt with rapidly I received an email from their office team who were very helpful and explained the preparation work we had to do in advance of the contractor attending my address Their Representative was called Tomasz+he explained the process to me that would take place-he was very kind+efficient+the treatment that took place has much improved the situation I also want to thank Sean for his further assistance
