    Flies treatment

    The technician performed a detailed inspection of the whole restaurant and identified reasons for flies issues. He used a very strong chemical to spray. Beyond just the treatment, he provided practical advice on how to prevent future issues. Reliable and worth every penny!

    Charged £923 with no clear survey or entry point count

    Booked two-visit mouse treatment (£228). At visit 1, I was quoted £695 extra for “proofing”. I repeatedly asked how many entry points were found; no clear count was given. On the phone, the technician kept talking, without giving me the survey report promised or time to think, and I ultimately gave in. Result was unsightly expanding foam. While still on site he demanded immediate payment even though he had yet to make 2nd visit; I paid £923. The invoice only said “housekeeping needed” - no entry point count. Told later there were even more gaps that a builder needs to fill - despite the £695.

    We're sorry you're dissatisfied with our service on this occasion. Our technicians must obtain client consent to commence work, following an onsite survey and quotes given. All payments are required on completion of works before the technician leaves the site. Initial proofing finishes can be compromised by the property condition. In this case, crumbling plasterwork on internal walls exposing brickwork, poorly fitted pieces of timber/plasterboard haphazardly mounted between the wall and floor rather than skirting boards flush with flooring, significant deterioration of wire/pipe boxing

    Mice and rat control

    Zana came over to our home within hours and did a very thorough assessment, he presented me with 3 options and then proceed to spend three hours sealing the property from all mouse and rat entry points. We were so happy as within 24 hours one of his traps worked and we haven’t seen a single rodent again. He even came back for a second property visit to check again. A great job done and would highly recommend.
