A person arrived with no id, to view outside of a house with pigeon problems and soke mess. He spent 510 mins measuring for scaffolding which is not needed for the job. I have two other quotes which are free. He spent half an hour talking about the Congo. The quote sent did not specify any measurements of anything or materials to be used or where the deterents would be placed. Now asking for 85 pounds and a quote which includes an unnecessary bill of 600 for scaffolding. I asked him if it was needed and he said it wasn't, I asked him for a new quote , he refused, just wants 85 for nothing.
