Dan couldn’t have been more helpful. He was prompt and courteous in his communication and made sure to explain things clearly during his visits. He came three times and was thorough in ensuring that rats wouldn’t be returning to our loft any time soon. If we have any issues in the future we will certainly use Dan’s services again.
