Dan arrived promptly at the agreed time. Laid and baited traps. Carefully checked the perimeter and was able to advise on possible access. Revisited a week later to remove traps. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Dan was very knowledgeable and understanding. He worked quickly and efficiently solving the problem in two visits. He explained things compassionately with consideration and was much more professional than the council pest control officers I’d had in previously! He turned up when he said he would and answered messages promptly. The fee with all preventative measures included was much fairer than other companies I spoke to and he didn’t ask for money up front. The reassurance that I have somebody reliable to call if I have any problems in the future is priceless. Thank you Dan!

arrived on time explained everything he was going to do why we had this problem answered all our questions and was really helpful and pleasant made a appointment for a week later and disposed of leftovers rebaited and left making sure we knew how to contact him if needed
