George was very professional and personable and extremely thorough. He arrived when he said he would and he blocked up holes and put mesh over all my air bricks outside. I have not seen any evidence of mice since George’s first visit. He came three times in all, each time checking for any change. He also gave me lots of advice about moths who were eating my hall carpet to pieces.
