George attended promptly and was professional, reassuring and polite.

Superb service and very knowledgeable

George was very professional and personable and extremely thorough. He arrived when he said he would and he blocked up holes and put mesh over all my air bricks outside. I have not seen any evidence of mice since George’s first visit. He came three times in all, each time checking for any change. He also gave me lots of advice about moths who were eating my hall carpet to pieces. I bought a new hall carpet (polypropylene this time!!) and followed George’s advice about hoovering thoroughly into every nook and cranny.

Good company, carried out works and now we no longer see signs of pests

We enquired about the removal of a wasp nest from the garden. Georgios explained that it was unlikely that the neat would be live from one year to the next and has likely saved me an unnecessary call out

George and the team were excellent communicators. They examined our property thoroughly and provided great support for our mouse problem. They arranged three visits over a few months and also came round to provide some meshing for our airbricks. Will call George again if we have any other pest problems.
