Excellent company to use. We asked for a quote when in the process of purchasing a house. Once we moved in, they came and completed extensive damp treatment on our house. They were there for 3 days, worked really hard and were helpful in explaining each step of the process. David and his team came out to quote and organise wall tie replacement on my new house purchase. He also looked at other areas of possible concern and gave honest and fair appraisal of the items listed in the survey. David and his team have completed the works swiftly, and with limited disruption. His team are polite, neat and tidy and thorough. Our experience was perma-fix was spotless. The work was carried out on the day agreed and they facilitated us not being in on the second day. So far the work looks well finished and appropriate.
