  Damp proof course redo

  We contacted perma fix with a minor damp issue where the membrane had failed. Dave and the team responded quickly and visited to quote. The quote was reasonable. The work was completed promptly and professionally to a high standard and completed in a couple of days. Can’t tell the effectiveness of it yet but so far all good. Thank you

  Damp proofing in basement kitchen and first floor.

  From start to finish, everyone at Permafix has been a pleasure to deal with: Debbie handled bookings and all queries with exemplary efficiency; David gave us a detailed assessment of the works required, including meeting with us a second time to fine-tune and clarify arrangements; and Steve was undoubtedly the best man for the job, with attention to detail and really high standard of workmanship. Communication has been excellent throughout and we could not have been more pleased with our decision to go with Permafix.   DAMPROOFING

  We had our basement "tanked." One of the workmen identified areas not originally noticed and sorted it, The external stairs remain a problem and will be attended to shortly. The operatives arrived on time. Communicated throughout and did the job quoted and left a tidy space behind. A professional outfit who took pride in their work and our property.

  From beginning to end our dealings with Perma-Fix have been very positive. Dave arrived to carry out an initial assessment, and his competence and honest professionalism were what led to us appointing the company to carry out the works. At the appointed time Paul arrived to and got right down to it. He was extremely thorough in his work and took every step to ensure that that everything was covered. They are to be commended for all of their communication, their care and execution in a way that is rarely seen these days. Thank you.

  Damp survey and damp work

  Perma Fix were great. Managed to squeeze me in the next day for a pre house buying damp survey. Prompt and detailed report and quote afterwards. Then great communication a few months later once the purchase was complete, booked in to do the work within a couple of weeks. They replied to all my emails and answered all my questions before the work started. The guys arrived on time on the day, did a really good job, friendly and tidy, the plasterer came the next day, and again was friendly and tidy. A really good experience with this company and would definitely use them again.
