    Excellent and honest service

    David and his team came out to quote and organise wall tie replacement on my new house purchase. He also looked at other areas of possible concern and gave honest and fair appraisal of the items listed in the survey. David and his team have completed the works swiftly, and with limited disruption. His team are polite, neat and tidy and thorough. I would highly recommend perma-fix if you need a reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced builder.

    Good repair of breached damp course

    Our experience was perma-fix was spotless. The work was carried out on the day agreed and they facilitated us not being in on the second day. So far the work looks well finished and appropriate. Quote given was honoured. The workers were good and punctual, and explained what was being done. Would definitely use again

    Permafixq were recommended by my estate agents to investigate 2 damp patches. They responded to my request for a survey promptly and provided a very thorough report. The price for the damp treatment was competitive and they completed the damp treatment and replastering the following week. The house was left in a clean and tidy condition. I was impressed with Permafix’s professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
