Very professional job, clean and tidy

My inspection was carried out by David, it was quick and easy to organise a date for him to come round. I had a few areas of concern and he made sure to take time with me to look at each area and work out what was needed. I had damp proofing completing for penetrating damp in two rooms adjacent to one another. It took 3 days to complete all work, the team were friendly, efficient and did a great job. They were happy to answer any questions I had making sure I had complete understanding throughout

Reword as a review: I contacted Dave when problems were picked up on my homebuyers survey. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and come to look at the property very quickly. He was also always to hand with any questions I had. When I exchanged contracts I booked him in for a damp proof course to be carried out. All the workers we're very friendly and respectful in my house and cleaned up well after every day. Thank you Permafix, I wouldnt hesitate to use you for future work.

They were quick to arrange a survey and provided a detailed report of their findings with remedial costs broken out per task. When I decided to proceed, they worked around my completion date to start as soon as possible. The work was completed to a high standard and within the originally estimated time window. The team tidied up each day, leaving the house as tidy as possible.

Brilliant service from start to finish! Everyone I dealt with at Permafix was very pleasant to deal with, no issues at all, and the completed work looks to be a very high standard. For the amount of work I had to have done in my living area (equivalent to about 2 standard size rooms), to have completed it within the time frame they did was very impressive. Highly recommend!

I have had some damp proofing works carried out at old terraced house within the Portsmouth area and Perma-Fix were a pleasure to deal with in every aspect of the project. Correspondence via emails were promptly replied to and the work was carried out as agreed and on time. I have inspected the workmanship and the final finish is of a quality as expected of a professional outfit. I would be more than happy to recommend Perma-Fix and wouldn't hesitate in using their services again.
