I was expecting a visit from Perl Property as agreed, but they didn’t turn up and gave no notice or explanation. I waited for over 30 minutes, which was a real inconvenience. A simple message or call to inform me of a delay or cancellation would have been appreciated. Very disappointing and not the level of professionalism I was hoping for.

Its was a complete refurbishment with a garage conversion to add an additional downstairs office. From start to finish they were superb and completely understood what we wanted. First class finish and we are so happy. Would highly recommend

I hired Connor of Perl property to complete the rear extension to my first home purchase, this was my first project I’d ever done and I was totally in the dark. Connor was concise, open honest and overall very inclusive of me wanting to be quite involved in the project, at one point he even gave me a branded hoodie!! Overall I’m very happy, no complaints and have even made a friend in Connor.

Dealing with Connor and his team has been a pleasurable experience. In the past I have found it so hard to find honest tradesmen. Connor put my mind at rest and took care of our needs from start to finish. He designed and created the perfect bathroom suite. I would defiantly recommend him moving forward. Thank you

We couldn’t be happier with the transformation of our Media Wall area, thanks to Conor and the team at Perl Property. They’ve turned the space into a beautifully light, open area that feels completely refreshed. Conor was incredibly responsive throughout, always listening to what we wanted and making it happen.
