I hired Connor of Perl property to complete the rear extension to my first home purchase, this was my first project I’d ever done and I was totally in the dark. Connor was concise, open honest and overall very inclusive of me wanting to be quite involved in the project, at one point he even gave me a branded hoodie!! Overall I’m very happy, no complaints and have even made a friend in Connor.

Dealing with Connor and his team has been a pleasurable experience. In the past I have found it so hard to find honest tradesmen. They’ve turned the space into a beautifully light, open area that feels completely refreshed. Conor was incredibly responsive throughout, always listening to what we wanted and making it happen. We used Perl property for our rear extension and full refurbishment project on our newly acquired family home. From minute 1 to move in day, connor was just a dream, he held our hands every step of the way, was available to speak at almost every moment of every day! We now have our dream home and I can not reccomend Connor and his team enough. Next year we will be doing our loft and have already booked in a date!
