  Full Redecoration of a 4-Bedroom House – Excellent Workmanship

  After being let down by a previous contractor, Renonation UK stepped in and handled a full redecoration of our 4-bedroom house. All wallpaper (including ceilings) was removed, walls were repaired, replastered and painted to a high standard. They also repaired and painted the doors and corrected poor work left by the previous company without any issues. Any additional work that appeared was dealt with promptly and professionally. They were polite, understanding, and highly skilled, making the whole process completely stress-free. We are very happy with the final result.

  First visit to property for a quote

  I was expecting a visit from Perl Property as agreed, but they didn’t turn up and gave no notice or explanation. I waited for over 30 minutes, which was a real inconvenience. A simple message or call to inform me of a delay or cancellation would have been appreciated. Very disappointing and not the level of professionalism I was hoping for.

  Property first visit for a quote

  I had an appointment scheduled with Prime Builders to visit my property, and I waited for over half an hour with no show and no communication. I tried calling and texting but received no response at all. It's quite disappointing and unprofessional to be left completely in the dark. Reliability and communication are essential, especially in the building trade, and unfortunately this experience did not inspire confidence.
