Performance Roofing and Building recently completed several jobs for us, including replastering a wall, cementing sections of our roof and bike shed, waterproofing a fence-to-wall join, sorting an electrical fan, and digging a French drain. Lee and his team were great to work with: polite, considerate, and consistently on time. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were quick to respond to questions and updates. From start to finish his communication was excellent, rearranging when the weather got in the way and always keeping us updated. Lee contacted me straight away and came round to have a look at my roof which was missing some tiles. He got replacement tiles straightway and fixed them, he also cleared one of my gutters. Fantastic service and lovely personality and reasonable price. Will definitely use his services again.
