  Plumbing in our new washing machine

  Our washing machine broke down and we had to replace with a new one Unfortunately, the the space which the washing machine fitted into was very tight and awkward. Fitting a new washing machine involved taking the door off our utility room and carrying out a series of intricate procedures so that the new washing machine is fitted in the very tight space allowable PerfectMaid understood our problem, and we're very quick to grasp the situation and turned up and were very helpful. They even took away our old machine, which we didn't need anymore.

  Work got done at a reasonable price but took a long time and multiple requests to finish the work

  Work involved clearing an overgrown garden, replacing roof, doors and window of a garage, including repairing brickwork to the garden wall and garage walls. The work was complete and competitive price compared to other quotes. However, the work took a long time to be completed (16 months from start to end) and involved several call outs because the work was not finished (for example, painted front of the doors but not the backs and installed a door but no door handle), which led to extra cost and time. Some work we had to finish ourselves, for example, door lock.

  Reliable great quality cleaning and lovely staff

  Monika has been consistently wonderful and I’m so pleased to be continuing with her services. She is lovely, reliable and completely trustworthy, which gives me real peace of mind. As a new mother, knowing that each clean will alleviate some of the daily pressures at home has made such a difference. Her help has been invaluable and I’m truly grateful for the support she provides. I have also been dealing with Agata from the office, who is extremely friendly and accommodating. My experience with both of them has been so positive that it has given me real trust and confidence in the company.

  We had two cleaners for 3 hours. Very thorough, didn’t miss a thing. Changed beds, did load of ironing perfectly and so quickly. Highly recommend this company which I have used before and never disappointed.
