Work involved clearing an overgrown garden, replacing roof, doors and window of a garage, including repairing brickwork to the garden wall and garage walls. The work was complete and competitive price compared to other quotes. However, the work took a long time to be completed (16 months from start to end) and involved several call outs because the work was not finished (for example, painted front of the doors but not the backs and installed a door but no door handle), which led to extra cost and time. Some work we had to finish ourselves, for example, door lock.

This was a larger and more complex project than initially anticipated, with a number of additional requests throughout the works, which unfortunately affected the timeline. However, we appreciate your feedback and understand that communication could have been clearer at times.
