  I wanted to mention the excellent service received after the internal decorating was completed. There was one small problem with installation of the integrated fridge freezer which occurred over a year after the kitchen refit. Jason had no hesitation in coming in to help and did not charge for the work that needed to be done. Great service which deserves to be noted. A really good company to deal with.

  Garden Redesign

  As I'd had such a positive experience with previous work undertaken by Jason and the team, I approached him about extensive work to the back garden. Jason was prompt with visiting & providing quotes. He incorporated ideas I'd had & also made practical, helpful suggestions including reusing existing materials in some areas of the garden. Jason managed the project very well again and there was the usual attention to detail in all the work undertaken. It was a hard job at times, but the team was tidy, patient and cheerful throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  We initially approached several building companies for a self-build project, but Jason stood out immediately. He was the only one who made time to visit our home, sit with us, review the drawings, and discuss estimated costs in detail. From the very first meeting, Jason was honest and transparent, highlighting potential pitfalls and questioning some of the optimistic estimates we’d received elsewhere.   Amazing work & very professional.

  Jason & the team at Purdue Property Services have done a several projects for us this year, which speaks volumes in terms of the quality of their work. They are reliable, always turning up on time; very professional & tidy. They started with building a new en-suite for us & we were so impressed we had them back to convert disused garage space into a utility room. They also made side access to our garden, which means we no longer need to carry things through the house. Honestly, transformational for us. Thank you Jason & team.   Drive replacement, front garden renovation & fencing replacement/repair/painting

  Having used Perdue Property Services previously I had no hesitation in entrusting this renovation to them. The project was carried out with meticulous attention to detail and I was kept informed throughout. Where additional work was thought to be needed it was discussed with me first and all quotations were provided swiftly. Any questions I had were dealt with patiently. I would recommend this company
