As I'd had such a positive experience with previous work undertaken by Jason and the team, I approached him about extensive work to the back garden. Jason was prompt with visiting & providing quotes. He incorporated ideas I'd had & also made practical, helpful suggestions including reusing existing materials in some areas of the garden. Jason managed the project very well again and there was the usual attention to detail in all the work undertaken. It was a hard job at times, but the team was tidy, patient and cheerful throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We initially approached several building companies for a self-build project, but Jason stood out immediately. He was the only one who made time to visit our home, sit with us, review the drawings, and discuss estimated costs in detail. Jason & the team at Purdue Property Services have done a several projects for us this year, which speaks volumes in terms of the quality of their work. They are reliable, always turning up on time; very professional & tidy. They started with building a new en-suite for us & we were so impressed we had them back to convert disused garage space into a utility room. Having used Perdue Property Services previously I had no hesitation in entrusting this renovation to them. The project was carried out with meticulous attention to detail and I was kept informed throughout. Jason was recommended to us. He is very well organised, started and finished the job as planned. The job required a lot of digging and Jason made sure to find a clever way to get the digger in the back garden. That was not easy. Jason is friendly and professional.

Jason and Simon undertook work over a 4 month period to repair & redecorate 6 areas of the home, including a kitchen refit. The project was very well managed by Jason with detailed, accurate quotes provided beforehand. Timescales were very accurate, there was excellent communication throughout and some great suggestions made. They both worked hard and I feel that they really cared about the standard of the work carried out. I am over the moon with the finished result; the home has been transformed.
