  Engaged, helpful and easy communications with the company followed by a rapid on-site assessment and quotation. the relatively small piece of work was carried out to a high standard in the time it was forecast to take. A friendly, professional and reliable company to deal with.

  New conservatory roof.

  Adam designed and builta new conservative roof for us. He did a great job And at a reasonable price. If we have more work to do, we will definitely go back to penny and Adam.

  Extension

  Helped us from planning and design through to delivering exactly what we wanted. Amazing extension that seamlessly blends in with main house. Been complemented by neighbours on the work several times already. The team - led by Adam - were a pleasure to have on site; always trying to minimise disruption, friendly and keen to keep things as tidy as possible. Just waiting on better weather to get the final rendering completed!

  Kitchen build out (including renovation work)

  Combined galley kitchen and living room into wonderful kitchen diner. Included removal of wall, building of bespoke chimney and full kitchen fit out. All work well planned and executed by a great team who not only produced great work but took great care to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

  Brickwork Repair

  We urgently needed some brickwork repairing in our porch in preparation for making adaptations to accommodate a familiy member's disability. I emailed Penny Maintenance Ltd and explained the situation. Adam, was very quick to respond and visit to assess the work. He was able to come up with a temporary solution that would allow the work to be completed in the short time frame. Adam managed to fit us in within a couple of days. We are very grateful and pleased with the work. The quote was also very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Penny Maintenance and we will be using them again.
