Combined galley kitchen and living room into wonderful kitchen diner. Included removal of wall, building of bespoke chimney and full kitchen fit out. All work well planned and executed by a great team who not only produced great work but took great care to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

We urgently needed some brickwork repairing in our porch in preparation for making adaptations to accommodate a familiy member's disability. I emailed Penny Maintenance Ltd and explained the situation. Adam, was very quick to respond and visit to assess the work. He was able to come up with a temporary solution that would allow the work to be completed in the short time frame. Adam managed to fit us in within a couple of days. We are very grateful and pleased with the work. The quote was also very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Penny Maintenance and we will be using them again.
