  Tom was very flexible and accommodating. Very good communication throughout and his team works very quickly. Tailored the job to my preferences throughout and checked in with me when something may have clashed to avoid any costly mistakes in material colours etc. 10 out of 10!

  Full slate roof replacement

  Tom and his team completed a full replacement of the main, kitchen and bathroom roofs. Including repointing the chimney and gable wall. Replacing the old mortar and putting in lead flashing where required. They did a professional job in all cases, providing regular and clear updates on progress and left the area tidy once work was completed. I would thoroughly recommend the team.

  We recently had our roof completely replaced by Pemberton Roofing, and we’re extremely pleased with the entire experience. Our previous roof was over 50 years old and had deteriorated significantly—the lining had torn, the tiles had become porous, and the battens were rotten. It was clear that, if left, these issues would have led to more serious damage, so a full replacement was the right decision. From the outset, Tom and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. They clearly explained the work required and gave us confidence

  Tom Pemberton and his guys did a marvellous job on our roof recently. All done and dusted in under a week. We are 100% satisfied with all aspects of the work. Our neighbours and others in the village all asked us who did our roof. They were all very impressed too. Cheers Tom. Top drawer!!

  We couldn’t recommend Tom and his team more highly. They came to fix various problems caused by others, and ended up having to deal with a complex job on old house in terrible weather. They have done a fantastic job. They were extremely professional and a joy to have around. Very tidy and always turned up when they said they would. They were able to get scaffolding changes and other trades involved to help when needed, even when this wasn’t expected. Tom kept us informed throughout and was very considerate. Fantastic - if only all roofers worked to Tom’s standards.

  Tom and his team were by far the most approachable, professional and honest roofers we spoke to when finding our roof was leaking. After being pleased with the quote we were given, Tom kept us in the loop at every stage, making the whole process so easy. He and his team were efficient, thorough, and we are so pleased with our roof. Highly recommend.
