  We couldn’t recommend Tom and his team more highly. They came to fix various problems caused by others, and ended up having to deal with a complex job on old house in terrible weather. They have done a fantastic job. They were extremely professional and a joy to have around. Very tidy and always turned up when they said they would. They were able to get scaffolding changes and other trades involved to help when needed, even when this wasn’t expected. Tom kept us informed throughout and was very considerate. Fantastic - if only all roofers worked to Tom’s standards.

  Full re-roof

  Tom and his team were by far the most approachable, professional and honest roofers we spoke to when finding our roof was leaking. After being pleased with the quote we were given, Tom kept us in the loop at every stage, making the whole process so easy. He and his team were efficient, thorough, and we are so pleased with our roof. Highly recommend.

  Roof replacement

  Tom and his team came to fit us a new roof including putting our solar panels on with bird netting. We couldn't be happier with the work they have done. The roof looks amazing, they came and finished the work when they said they would and there was no mess whatsoever at the end. Really friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend and use again.

  New roof

  I was decidedly nervous about getting a new roof but from the initial chat to the final fixing of the gutters Tom couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. Timing was as he’d promised, final bill matched the quote and best of all, I didn’t have to do anything! The new roof looks great and everything was left nice and tidy. I’d happily use Tom again if I need any further work.

  Excellent work and service

  We had a quite a bit work done by Tom and the team, 2 flat roof replacements, a partial slate roof replacement and lead repairs to an outbuilding. We are extremely happy with the work and the results. Tom keep us up to date with the progress and worked closely with us when we hit a few snags to make sure we got the right solution for us. Tom and his team are very professional and courteous. They clean up after themselves and were always very polite and considerate with the work. They also work very hard during the day. We are very pleased with the work and would very happily recommend Tom.

  full roof replacement

  Tom and team were fantastic from start to finish. initially we thought that we just had a few slipped tiles the roof that was replaced 3 years ago. it turns out that the first roof was sub standard and needed a total replacement. Tom has saved us from sleepless nights now it is completed . Tom keep us updated every day with photos and drink photos. we would highly recommend Pemberton roofing.
