Tom and his guys provided an excellent service from start to finish when they replaced my roof and removed a large redundant chimney. The advice Tom provided about replacing the roof - and how and why - was sound, and work was carried out when he said it would be. He made sure I knew what was happening at every stage of the process and the whole job was done in a timely and professional fashion. Pride was justifiably taken in the guys’ work and the place was left spotless once they had finished. I am really pleased with the new roof and would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his team.

Tom and his team carried out the works efficiently and to a high standard of workmanship. Great attention to detail and quality additional tradesmen used for lead welding element, fascias and soffits. Tom made sure the works were water tight at the end of each day which was tested on more than one occasion during the works. The team were courteous and considerate at all times and site left clean and tidy at the end of the work. A positive experience from start to finish and would recommend without hesitation.

Tom was requested to provide a quote for replacing my elderly mother’s garage roof which was damaged by a falling tree. He attended exactly when he said he would and completed initial emergency work to protect the contents of the garage and provided a fully detailed quote. The quote was reviewed by the insurance assessor who agreed completely with it. The work was then completed promptly as promised and to a high standard. The sight was left very clean. We suffered roof damage from a falling tree in the recent storm. Tom responded instantly to my late evening message and was round the next day to assess the damage. Really good communication all round , great quality of work and good attention to detail. even worked over the weekend to ensure our job was completed quickly. Would recommend without hesitation.

Tom and the guys at Pemberton Roofing did a really great job replacing lead flashing, slate roof tiles, re-felting and fitting slate dry verge onto our 100+ year old building in the centre of York. They went above and beyond to make sure the damaged parts of the roof and exterior brick walls were repaired. The 4 of us are extremely happy with what they managed in a short timeframe and we can’t recommend them enough. Thanks Tom
