  Mark did a great job. Took the time to come out and survey the job before confirming and made sure to talk through what he was going to do. Then on the day his mindset was to make sure that the job was done properly and built to last, no matter if it took a bit longer.

  New Loft Conversion and Renovation of First Floor Rooms

  This is the third building job done by Mark and the biggest to date. This one involved a loft conversion with ensuite full bathroom and renovations to 2 existing bedrooms. The work was essential for our family of 5 and delivered much needed living space and optimised storage aspects through built in units and wardrobes. All of the work was done and arranged through the expertise and connections that Mark has in the industry. Things were done to an excellent standard with practical considerations advised, high attention to details, modern styles and in line with building regulations.

  Emergency electrics and Plumbing

  Mark has done several jobs for us in the past and he came to the rescue when a leaking tap hose was dripping on to an electric socket and fused all the electrics. He diagnosed/sorted out the problem and, at my request, improved the plumbing and drainage by replacing incorrectly fitted items and focussinhg on safety aspects. He also connected the plumbing through the exterior kitchen wall and installed my old Belfast sink providing hot and cold water. He sourced the appropriate frame for the heavy weight sink and I'm very pleased with the high quality work.

  Complete house refurbishment

  SoW included new electrics, plumbing, heating. Removal of wall, installing 2 new bathrooms, plastering, Velux windows, carpentry, joinery:the windows and bathroom door frames, architraves, skirting and oak flooring throughout the house and beautifully tiled entrance. Mark and his team installed the engineered oak flooring, removed three defunct fireplaces, installed the marble hearth in remaining one. Mark is extremely hard working, thorough and precise professional with excellent attention to detail. His team is highly experienced. We would never hesitate to recommend him.

  Converting a very small shower room to accommodate my disabled wheelchair bound husband

  Mark has done several projects for us before and we would always trust him to do an excellent job. This job was no exception. This was a challenging wet room conversion which needed precise placing of sanitary ware, due to accommodating a wheelchair specifically for showering in a very limited space. Poorly done previous work had to be corrected as the job progressed and appropriate changes made. Mark was very helpful with suggestions, he was flexible and tackled these challenges to create the perfect solution, ensuring the water drains away correctly and my husband has easy access to the shower
