Mark did a great job. We had a broken shower valve, he had to cut a hole out but also replastered afterwards, so above and beyond. At the same time he designed a bespoke solution to help us access our loft, which had a small hole that wasnt square. It involved building up a frame for the ladder to drop off off. Extremely thorough professional, and we are very satisfied with the final result. We replaced the treads of a low-quality staircase with several structural issues, all of which were properly identified and addressed first to ensure the staircase was safe and solid before cosmetic work began. They made all treads and the landing from European oak in a joinery shop, then completed the machining and fitting on site. Flexible, accommodating, and very understanding when we changed our minds on the stain. We would definitely recommend them. Craftsmanship was excellent throughout.

Recently moved into a new house, when the old dishwasher broke we were unable to fit the new one due to the shortcuts taken when the kitchen rennovation was done 7/8 years ago. Mark identified the problem and took a future proofing approach that means it will be far simpler if/when the dishwasher next needs replacing. His problem solving mindset and attention to detail was really appreciated.

Mark did a great job. Took the time to come out and survey the job before confirming and made sure to talk through what he was going to do. Then on the day his mindset was to make sure that the job was done properly and built to last, no matter if it took a bit longer.

Mark was very professional in performing the required work in fixing a broken pocket door. He got the required parts and applied the due care and attention in getting the work done to a very high standard within the required timeframe.

This is the third building job done by Mark and the biggest to date. This one involved a loft conversion with ensuite full bathroom and renovations to 2 existing bedrooms. The work was essential for our family of 5 and delivered much needed living space and optimised storage aspects through built in units and wardrobes. All of the work was done and arranged through the expertise and connections that Mark has in the industry. Things were done to an excellent standard with practical considerations advised, high attention to details, modern styles and in line with building regulations.
