  Replace hot water cylinder

  Great service from start to finish. Thank you very much to Phil and his team: Sam: brilliant customer service Alex: excellent job replacing the cylinder on your own! Tim: for checking all the electrics were working as expected. Will definitely use again in future for any plumbing/heating jobs.

  Replace broken kitchen tap

  Within 4 hours of our initial call, Phil and the team supplied and fitted a new kitchen tap to replace a broken one. From the first contact through to when the work was completed, the communication, service and quality of work was excellent. Would highly recommend them.

  Gushing overflow

  This company responded amazingly quickly to my request for help. Phil arrived within half an hour & it was a pleasure to have him working in & around our home. He was so courteous & polite. He sorted the problem out with minimum fuss & left no mess whatsoever. We’ve only just moved in & have had several tradesmen come out but Phil’s standard of work & attitude puts this company at the top of my list. Would not hesitate to contact in the future.

  Bathroom flooding from the hot water supply effecting downstairs neighbours

  I recently moved to New Milton and faced an unexpected plumbing emergency in my bathroom. I contacted PC Heating & Plumbing Ltd, and from the very first call, my experience was exceptional. The plumber arrived promptly, was incredibly polite and friendly,just a pleasure to deal with. His kindness also extended to my elderly neighbor below, whose flat was affected by the flooding. The plumber took it upon himself to keep him informed, which was a great relief. The work he carried out was outstanding - efficient, professional, fast and well priced. 100% 5 Stars ! In my phone book now !!!

  Low water pressure

  We can't praise PC Heating & Plumbing Ltd enough. Outstanding in every way. Punctual, reliable, super friendly and polite. Alex did a first rate job, efficiently and cleanly. We will definitely use this firm again for all our plumbing and heating needs. Very good value for money.
