I recently moved to New Milton and faced an unexpected plumbing emergency in my bathroom. I contacted PC Heating & Plumbing Ltd, and from the very first call, my experience was exceptional. The plumber arrived promptly, was incredibly polite and friendly,just a pleasure to deal with. His kindness also extended to my elderly neighbor below, whose flat was affected by the flooding. The plumber took it upon himself to keep him informed, which was a great relief. The work he carried out was outstanding - efficient, professional, fast and well priced. 100% 5 Stars ! In my phone book now !!!

Phil & his team were very polite and working in a clean and tidy manor. Excellent with communication throughout and made me feel at ease with all of the work getting done in the kitchen. Phil is now organising my bathroom fittings as another job for him to complete for me.
