    I was in need of under sink water heaters. From initial contact, Phil and the team were professional, knowledgeable, very accommodating and extremely understanding. The quote was completed the following day and the work was arranged for the following week . On installation day, the engineers were prompt, polite and kept any disruption to a minimum. They kept me informed of progress throughout the day and tidied up afterwards. The work was completed to a high standard and I would definitely recommend them

    I needed some urgent electrical and plumbing work doing, prior to my elderly dad being discharged from hospital. I have used PBT before so they were my first choice. They were brilliant - came out quickly and created a new socket, despite tricky access through back of the airing cupboard. The plumber kindly fixed a leak in a garage pipe whilst on the premises. They tried to repair an old shower unit to save me money, but it was too old and seized up, so they put a new one in. It was all finished on the day Dad came home. Everyone at PBT couldn't have been more helpful if they'd tried.

    Very good experience with this company.

    Very good experience with this company. Highly communicative and responsive. I needed an issue with our electrics to be found, diagnosed and a solution implemented. It was not a straightforward job as the problem was with underfloor wiring which was tripping out the supply to the house. Their electrician was professional efficient and courteous. The work was completed on time and to a high standard.
