Ross and his team at PBT have been exceptional. They are friendly, efficient and a real pleasure to work with. All of the work has been great and even when I did have a small issue after one piece of work, they came straight back to sort. Spot on and couldn’t recommend them highly enough

After my shower being fitted last week by Ryan and Jack, they have returned to fitted a new boiler in my loft, which wasn't easy as the new boiler was very heavy and needed to be lifted into the loft (small space). New boiler fitted and when through everything on how to work the boiler, all documents left and guarantee now received. Again perfect job by PBT would always recommend them. Thanks again.

Contacted PBT which I have used various times and explained my shower issue and they requested pictures and video, sent across and was advised it would be more cost effective to replace, they ordered the replacement and appointment booked for that week. Ryan and Jack arrived replaced the shower, they checked my boiler aswell to find a leak that had been dipping for a while, unable to stop due to bad corroded inside boiler. new boiler now. Ryan phoned their office and it was booked in for following. Great service and communication from all at PBT Team again Thank you

Great bunch of guys, polite, helpful and reliable. Fair and accurate quote, with different options given as we navigated insurance claim. High quality work in all aspects of work from strip out, construction, tiling, plumbing and painting. Offered lots of advice, proactively solved delay with tile order, efficiently co-ordinated trades. Highly recommend and will be our first contact when we need works in the future.

Had an issue with no heating, tried to resolve over the phone and was unable to, arrange a visit for the next day the engineer turned up and went through various things, then contacted the manufacturer and the heating was resolved. Later that day we then had no hot water, contact PBT and a part was ordered and arrange for a visit to fit the part. Engineer came fitted the part and we was left with heating and hot water. PBT from start to finish were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have used them on various occasions and would always recommend them to anyone.

Really great experience. It’s hard to find companies that are happy to review smart heating. I had a good chat with Karl who really listened and understood the issue. Review was organised within 24 hours and problem resolved in that time. Really courteous, friendly and would definitely recommend. Thank you!
