    Amazing service

    Paul made the whole experience totally painless. We asked him to design an extension and get the planning permission. After a visit to the house to get measurements he quickly came up with a first draft, then we met to discuss changes/options. After that he submitted the plans and the next email was to say planning permission was approved. Fantastic service and reassuring to have someone with such a level of experience to advise you.

    Paul is friendly and helpful, good service.

    Paul was recommended by our neighbour and he was as good as we were told. We needed a set of plans drawn up to support the installation of decorative cladding, and Paul had these sorted out within a few days. He also provided advice when he visited and gave us support while we awaited the planning approval process. Nice guy and really good service.

P B Properties was formed in 2002 by Paul Maggs previously an NHBC Builder & Developer since 1988. Having designed and built many houses in Surrey, Hampshire & Sussex he decided to branch out into design consultancy. The practice has now achieved chartered status with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists – CIAT.
At P B Properties we do all types of Architectural Design & Drawings for Residential Developments including Planning Consents and Building Regulations. We also prepare building regulation specifications and we are on the LABC partner scheme. We also do small designs that do not need Planning Permission. Small commercial works also undertaken. All plans are produced electronically in CAD for:

  • Extensions Designs & Plans
  • New Build Plans
  • Alterations, including major Structural Designs
  • Oak Framed Building designs
  • Development feasibility studies
  • Flat Conversions
  • Building Consultancy in person or on site.
  • Design & Access Statements.

We work closely with planning consultants should your application need to go to appeal or you need a planning appraisal.
Many of our clients who visit our office find the CAD system helpful since it can show their project in 3D and they can discuss or manipulate their options at the design stage. Photorealistic and interactive models of your home can also be produced.
