This was my first building project and I have no experience or knowledge when it comes to architectural drawings, dealing with planning, building control or structural engineers, and Paul guided me through everything so clearly. He even contacted Southern Water on my behalf when a build over agreement was required. Throughout the whole experience Paul was incredibly helpful, responsive and informative - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services and I will certainly work with him again if ever I do any further building work. From our first meeting, Paul was extremely professional and helpful when discussing our ideas to extensively renovate our home. He provided a number of different options always being flexible and approachable as well as being very patient when we presented him with our own variations. Once we had settled on our final plans Paul assisted with sourcing a structural engineer and liaised where necessary with our builders throughout the project. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would highly recommend Paul.

Paul helped plan an extension in 2019 and was very helpful. We then used his services again in 2021 and again recently for a third time.
