  Retiling section of roof and removing asphalt from flat roof and replacing with felt

  Strip and relay felt, battens and tiles to section of sloping front roof including the provision of new lead to dormer cheek. Strip existing asphalt from flat roof and replace with 3 layer felt including installation of new flashing. Mark and his son worked very hard in repairing our two different roofs. The leak on the tiled roof was more extensive than originally thought, so more work was required which was the subject of a reasonable supplementary quote. Good communication throughout, prompt arrival. Would definitely recommend.

  Replacement roof due to damage caused by another contractor

  Mark and his team are absolutely brilliant. Our roof had been damaged beyond repair by another roofing company who we found in a local magazine. The other company damaged our roof beyond repair. We called on Mark after a family recommendation and all we can say is the roof we have now is the best in our street by some way. We would not hesitate to recommend Mark and Pavilion Roofing again.   Whole new roof

  Mark and his team provided an excellent service from the very first day. He offered honest, trustworthy advice and suggestions. The whole team worked diligently in all weathers. They were polite, punctual and always positive. They work to a very high standard and we now have the best looking roof in the street.....with a guarantee!! We would absolutely, whole-heartedly recommend Pavillion roofing and won't hesitate to contact them again if needed.

  Roof repairs carried out. Good communication for the quote, post job and payment (Mark allowed some.time after the job was completed before payment to see if the repair held up in adverse weather) . As far as we know so far the work is of the standard we were hoping for and would use this company again.
