Mark came round to check the condition of our flat roofs. Fortunately no work was needed this time, but Mark and his son kindly cleaned out the gutters without charge. I've been using Pavillion Roofing for all roofing jobs since 2009, including a complete replacement roof on one occasion. They are consistently reliable, honest about what is and isn't needed, and do excellent work at very reasonable rates.

We had our old roof stripped off and a new one put on, we also had a small repair done to our existing extension. Mark and his team were punctual and polite always leaving the area around the house clean and tidy when they left for the day. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for roofing projects he was easy to contact and always gave a full explanation as the work progressed.

Called as it was an emergency leak to my roof /gutter advised only a small job , replaced broken tiles and was a very competitive price nice lads and very efficient

We had a problem with water ingress Mark came around and diagnosed the fault that two other companies kept saying we needed a complete re-tile of the roof He’s replaced the hip tiles on the roof and made a fantastic job of the work Mark and his team worked really hard at all times We needed some new hip Tiles (I think that’s the correct term) and mark sourced some recycled tiles so they matched A fantastic company that went the extra yards for us

Strip and relay felt, battens and tiles to section of sloping front roof including the provision of new lead to dormer cheek. Strip existing asphalt from flat roof and replace with 3 layer felt including installation of new flashing. Mark and his son worked very hard in repairing our two different roofs. The leak on the tiled roof was more extensive than originally thought, so more work was required which was the subject of a reasonable supplementary quote. Good communication throughout, prompt arrival. Would definitely recommend.
