  Paul replied to the post immediately and was with me within an hour on Saturday. He quickly identified the fault and made a temporary fix. Arranged a replacement part to be fitted on Monday.

  Boiler Servicing

  I used Paulzuwa Ltd to service my boiler last year and was so impressed with his work I went straight to him again when my boiler needed servicing this year. He arrived 10 minutes late but did apologise for this. He then carried out the boiler servicing efficiently and effectively, carrying out all the necessary checks. He was polite throughout and answered the questions I had about the pressure in the hot water tank. Excellent service and I'll be using him again next year.

  Fixing pipe in bathroom

  Paul accepted a job on Friday, confirmed over text message on Saturday, and despite this did not attend the address. He didnt answer the phone when I called for an update, and I did not find out he hadn't been until 6 hours later when I text him a follow up. My tenants were waiting in all day. He claimed he needed more money and that if I paid him £149 in cash he would come within an hour.
