Absolute scam. Guy turned up in a car with no tools and left after 45 mins without speaking to us, and said he couldn't do a filter change. They tried to charge us £176+VAT for the privilege even though I said I wouldn't pay unless the issue was fixed and they have been harassing me ever since with physical threats. DO NOT USE THEM.

Bit expensive just to re light a boiler and turn the pressure switch on. Tried to scam me 165. I didn't pay that much. His excuse "he'd travelled a very longggggg way".
