  I’m in the process of buying a property which had recent roof work completed but issues flagged up with the work on my buyer’s survey. With the previous roofer saying the work was fine and the surveyor saying otherwise, I wasn’t sure what to do. Paul came highly recommended as someone that could help. He visited the property & was very quickly able to identify exactly what the issue was with the work & explain this to all parties - including the owner. Paul is friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
