  Paul responded swiftly to my query, coming around to assess the work required at a convenient time. His friendly and professional approach put me at ease. The work was completed the following week on the day that was agreed. I really can’t fault Paul’s approach to the job, interaction with myself and the quality of work. As I said to Paul, he’s made it onto my, very short, trusted trader list!
