We have no hesitation in recommending Mr Paul Bartlett. He has done superb jobs internally redecorating houses for us on three occasions. None of the jobs have been straight-forward, with each one presenting different challenges; however, they were all tackled with the quiet professionalism of a really experienced expert in his trade. Paul's work has always been competitively priced and delivered to budget.
