Right from his initial communications online about the job and then to how he investigated and then solved our problem very effectively. He communicated clearly throughout and not only explained the work he was going to carry out but also provided tips and recommendations on how we could prevent the problem from recurring. Steve was amazing, as usual. He immediately diagnosed the problem and got straight to sorting out the blockage. It had been an issue for weeks and after trying to sort it ourselves unsuccessfully, we knew Steve would be the person to contact. He has helped us with all our drainage issues over the last 5/6 years and we wouldn’t bother contacting anyone else. We are able to help with anything, from a blocked sink to a blocked manhole or even just regular drain cleaning maintenance.
Services we offer are; drainage repairs, CCTV surveys for first time home buyers, rodent prevention via the sewage system, new manhole cover installs and any type of drainage issues.
We also carry out any basic plumbing repairs as our lead engineer used to be employee by the water board.
We are fully trained and insured in high pressure water jetting, confined space entry, traffic management, drain relining, CCTV surveys and much more!
Happy to carry out any sort of drainage work domestic or commercial.
