Stephen did a great job resolving the blockage. He communicated the solution clearly, was punctual, and very polite. After fixing the issue, he went above and beyond by cleaning and disinfecting the surrounding area. Despite the drain being difficult to access, Stephen was respectful and took care not to damage the nearby decorative plants. Highly recommended!

We have recently bought a house and upon moving in noticed a horrible smell coming from the kitchen sink every time water passed through the drain. On the outside the drain was overflowing. Called for the service which Stephen came out on time to our residence. Upon clearing out the drain he explained what had caused it in the first place. He flushed the drains and cleared up all the debris. Very knowledgable and would definitely recommend to anyone who has a problem with their drainage. The drains are cleared and the smell is gone. Very happy customers!

Steve was great. He did his beat to fit me in as my sink was completely blocked. He was super professional and friendly, knew exactly what the problem was and he was very thorough (he triple checked that the issue was solved). I would highly recommend him for any drainage issues you may have.
